Employer Selection Form

On this form, you control which employers are selected for a report or for viewing on the screen. If you don’t specify any selection conditions, then all employers are selected. If you specify multiple selection conditions, then an employer has to satisfy ALL of the conditions to be selected. If the Also Include Subsidiary Employers option is checked, then if an employer is included, then all the other employers that specify that the included employer is their Consolidation Employer are also included.
