All of the mail merge processes start with exporting the member or employer information from FSUMS. Export the information from the Fulton Software Union Membership System by running the Merge to Word process for the members or employers that you want included. The Merge to Word process is found in Member Reports or Employer Reports under Reports. Note that there is one set of mail merge information saved for each computer that can access the Fulton Software Union Membership System. Therefore, you cannot access the data exported by another user on another computer. Also, if someone else is exporting data, that has no impact on the data that you have exported.
