S.I.N: Do not set this field to blank – it must be left as 000-000-000 if unknown.
Sex: See Dropdown Boxes
Employer: The member’s current employer. Enter either the employer code or name – See Employer Name/Code Entry.
Start, End: These are the start and end dates for the current employer.
Comments: Up to approximately 64,000 characters of information.
Address, City, Postal Code: When you change the address, the date of the change is recorded in the Change field below, if that system option is enabled.
Init. Fee, Init. Date: The initiation fee and date (note that these are set automatically when you enter an initiation fee into the dues grid below).
Type: See Dropdown Boxes. You set up these member types in the Member Types form under the Tables menu. If you need more than 4 types for a member, call Fulton Software.
Phone Numbers: You may enter as many rows of information as you wish in this grid. The information does not necessarily have to be phone numbers; it can include other information if that makes sense. If you enter a Description of “Email” (without the quotes), the email address entered under Contact Number will be used to send email to that member. See Grids.
St: The member’s status for the month, e.g., A for active, M for member, I for inactive, P for part-time.
Dues: The rows in this grid are fixed, which means that you cannot add or delete rows. If you want to be able to access the rows for the next year, you must run the Start New Year process, which is accessed from the Utilities menu. If you want to access more historical information, you must contact Fulton Software Limited.
Dues, Refund, Init, etc: These columns are site-dependent. Some of them are included in tax receipts, and some may not be. Please call Fulton Software Limited for further information.
Comment: It’s important to enter any exceptional information about the dues transactions into the comments field.
* Column: If a member has multiple transactions in a month, a star appears in the right hand column in the dues grid. If you click on this column, you can view and/or edit these transactions. In fact, even if there is only a single transaction in a month, you may still click on this column to add additional entries that apply to that month.
Ref #: The reference number for the transaction (this is often used for the receipt number for self-paid dues)
Rem Ref #: If the transaction was originally entered on a remittance, the reference number for the remittance appears here.
Date: The date that the transaction was entered (if the transaction was entered from a remittance, this is the date that the remittance was started).

You can find a member by S.I.N., name, or by using the Advanced option.
